Our local Indianapolis team has been named Indy's Best Closet Company in the Indy Star three years running, so we're looking for a great team member that will set the tone for our team with a great customer support experience from the first phone call to the final installed product and beyond. This role is also critical in providing high-quality information and support to our team members to support the sales and operations teams.

Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls and be responsible for booking appointments.
Manage designer appointment calendars in CRM.
Greet visitors and assist with office support needs.
Deliver administrative support for office staff, sales team, and production/installation department.
Complete general office duties with strong verbal and written communication skills.

No degree is needed. We are looking for candidates with office experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
